Basic Cole Slaw
This is a very basic cole slaw recipe so feel free to experiment. There have to be at least a gazillion cole slaw recipes on the Internet!
4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp cider vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
2 tsp celery seed
In large bowl combine cabbage and carrot. Set aside. In small bowl combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in vinegar, a dash of sugar, salt, and pepper and celery seed. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat. Chill and serve.
